ABOUT US

Boss Farms Family
BOSS started with a promise, made after losing a dog named Emerson: no animal in our care would ever be treated as disposable. That promise is now a working animal sanctuary in Southern Oregon. The name carries the mission — BOSS stands for Built On Saving Souls — but the animals always come first.
We take the dogs at the end of every list. Seniors. Special needs. Hospice cases. The medically complex, the blind, the ones whose care costs more than most people can carry. Here they aren't cases — they're family, and they stay for life.
The sanctuary is home to rescued horses, donkeys, goats, pigs and emus, wolves/wolf dogs and even a kangaroo. Our frailest seniors live in dedicated tiny homes on the property, with more being built, so the oldest residents spend their days in comfort, not kennels.
Where the CBD comes in
Every BOSS product exists to fund that work. Tye Friis founded the company after years in the Marijuana/Hemp Industry and still makes every batch of CBD himself — nothing sits on a shelf; it's made small-batch when you order, and third-party lab tested. When you buy a bottle, you're buying food, medicine, vet care and time for the animals who live here.
No big company. No investors. A family, a ranch full of second chances, and customers who've become part of both.
Welcome to the BOSS family.
