Orders & Shipping

Q: How do I place an order?

Click on the product you'd like, add it to your cart, and check out — we'll package your order and send it out. If you hit a problem ordering, email us at care@bossfarms.com and we'll help you resolve it ASAP.

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). Holidays and sales can delay processing — when that happens we put updated processing times in your confirmation email. Once your order is ready, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Q: What are the shipping rates and times?

We ship USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express. Rates are determined by order weight and destination, and are calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Most Priority packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days after processing; Priority Express delivers in 1 to 2 days to most U.S. addresses.

Q: What happens if my package is lost?

If tracking says your package was delivered, check with housemates or family first — someone often brings it in without mentioning it. If it's still nowhere to be found, email care@bossfarms.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Q: My package went to the wrong address!

If the address entered at checkout was incorrect, we can re-ship once the original package is returned to us; the cost of re-shipping is the customer's. Please double-check your shipping address when ordering — a small mistake can significantly delay delivery.

Dosage

Q: How much CBD do I give my pet?

Our label guideline is 3 drops per 5 lbs of body weight. Every animal is different, so start with the guideline and adjust based on how your pet responds. See our full Pet Dosage Formula page for the complete chart.
