Shipping

Once you submit your order, it will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note: Holidays or sales can delay processing. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If there’s a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we’ll try to post that information on our site. We’re dedicated to providing you with the best CBD and service for supporting us.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, time is not of the essence, and any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. We are not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from causes beyond our control, including acts of government or acts of God.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES

Shipping rates for USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express are based on order weight and destination. Charges are automatically calculated at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

Most USPS Priority packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days after processing*, depending on location. USPS Priority Express guarantees overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses; however, it may deliver within 1 to 2 days. *Note: This does not include our regular processing times. Tracking information will be emailed once the order is prepared for shipment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package gets lost in transit, we will not be responsible if the tracking information says “delivered,” indicating the U.S. Postal Service delivered the package to the specified address. If the tracking says delivered but it’s lost, please check with housemates or family to ensure they haven’t received it without notifying you.

PACKAGE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS

If a package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery delays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service, covering nationwide service, including Alaska and Hawaii. Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday. Most Priority Mail packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days. While delivery times are not guaranteed, BOSS cannot be held responsible for delays. We provide tracking for all orders, so please contact us if you face any issues or don’t receive the automated tracking email.

RETURNS

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, contact us immediately! We’ll replace your purchase and issue a return label to send back the original order for processing a claim with the carrier. We want you to receive the products you need swiftly! The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can resolve the issue.

If the product is unopened, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Once received at our facility, a refund minus return shipping costs will be issued. Please contact us promptly for a return label.

Unfortunately, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and health reasons, as they may become contaminated and not meet our high standards.
