Shipping Delays due to COVID-19
In the past few months it has come to our attention that shipping carriers are currently experiencing severe delays in no specific pattern. Some orders may experience longer than usual wait times (both domestic and international).
As a result we are taking the following actions to mitigate and address confusion and customer concerns:
- International orders must now be processed manually. If you place an international order please expect wait times of up to 3 months.
- Domestic order delays are unpredictable. Most shipments are not experiencing any severe delays. However, occasionally a tracking number may show no updates for weeks at a time.
COVID-19 has taken a toll on our small business but we are hard at work and doing our best to take care of our Boss Family at this time.
Furthermore processing times can be up to 2 weeks in some cases for both international orders and domestic orders alike due to being short staffed. We thank all of our BOSS Family for sticking with us through these trying times and choosing to support us. In most cases please expect approximately 9-11 days processing time.
