Currently our team is aware of two ongoing issues:

1) An error at checkout that interrupts the checkout process.

2) An issue with confirmation emails not arriving to customer email inboxes. 

 

We are working hard to resolve the above mentioned errors. In the meantime we have discovered a workaround for issue number 1. 

If you are receiving an error at checkout, please attempt with a separate device or a different web browser (i.e. google chrome, firefox, etc) This workaround has proven to be effective a number of times.

If you are still receiving an error, please email info@bosscrew.com with a list of items that you would like to purchase along with your shipping address and we will have a direct invoice issued to you.

 

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this is causing among our customers. We're hoping to have a fix for it soon!
